Summer Camps

Girls Camp for rising 6th-12th graders

Marianne Bocock Doyle will be the director of the girls' program and has coached the Hanover High School varsity girls' lacrosse team since 2001.   As a mid-fielder on the Dartmouth lacrosse team, she was named All-American and Academic All-American her senior year and played for the US Lacrosse Squad for four years.  After graduating in '92, she helped coach the Dartmouth women lacrosse team while earning a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies at Dartmouth.   Under Marianne's leadership, the HHS girls' lacrosse team won the New Hampshire Division II State Tournament in 2002 and 2008.  The team has been awarded the NHIAA Sportsmanship Award seven times in her nine years as head coach. 
 

When:              August 2nd - August 6th

 

Time:               Monday-Friday 9am-12.

 

Where:             Huntley Meadow, Turnpike Rd,    Norwich, Vermont.

 

Cost:                $225


 

The camp will be capped at 40 players.  Register by filling  out the camp registration form and send to Upper Valley Lacrosse, 116 Blueberry Hill Drive, Hanover, NH 03755.  All campers must become US Lacrosse members and provide a membership number by the start of camp. You can become a member online @ http://www.uslacrosse.org/membership/index.phtml.  Membership fee is $25 for youth participation.

 

 Boys Camp for rising 6th,7th, 8th and 9th graders.

 



The boys' camp director will be Jeff Reed.  Jeff is a long time lacrosse enthusiast who has been involved in the sport of lacrosse for over 40 years.  His endless energy and love of the game has helped raise the level of play locally and across New Hampshire.  Jeff has led the Hanover High School Lacrosse Program to national recognition in the 4 short years he has coached the Marauders.  Jeff''s teams have won the Division I Championship in 2007 and 2009. Assisting Jeff will be 4 coaches who have played on the national stage at the collegiate level and/or coached locally at the high school level. 

 

When:              June 28th -July 2nd.

 

Time:               Monday-Friday 5p-8p.
